C4 New Writing Development Award

Fresh news from Newcastle: I’ve been named as part of the Channel 4 x New Writing North Screen Development Slate 2025, announced alongside this year’s Channel 4 Writing for TV Awards at Tyneside Cinema. The slate sits within Channel 4 and New Writing North’s Talent Development Partnership and will be led by Screen Development Producer Roxy McKenna, supporting a small group of Northern writers to develop projects towards industry commission — exactly the kind of focused, hands-on development I love.
